In our newsletter we talk about how energies coming from our own Solar System, our Galaxy and beyond can affect us on a personal and spiritual level. Powerful energy gateways are all the four equinoxes, sun and moon eclipses and Star Gates during the year. The idea is to translate the often complex talk about energies into something useful for you to understand both on a personal and a spiritual level. On a personal level we will explain how the energies can affect you in your everyday life. We might, for example, give you practical suggestions on how to get more physical energy or how to let go of all chatter in your head and manifest your dreams. On a spiritual level it could be suggestions on what to focus on in your meditations. Our focus is simplicity and not about writing you on the nose, in a way that says that we know and you don’t. Our aim is to make it easier for you to survive in a world of change and turmoil, going through big energy shifts and inner transformation, and still being able to smile and look normal on the family dinner on Sundays.
