Welcome to Heart Alchemy
The heart is the balance point for humans; it is where the energies from Heaven and Earth meet. Through the heart you are directly connected to God (or “The Source of all that is”); it is where the divine spark resides. There is no separation in here; in the sacred space of the heart you are one with everything.
Alchemy is mostly known by people as something scholars worked with during the medieval times in order to create gold. In this sense alchemy was the beginning of modern chemistry. But alchemy is also a spiritual discipline. It teaches us the process of overcoming polarities. The Mind perceives everything as polarities and this is the way we are used to view the world. Good or bad, large or small, negative or positive, dark or light etc. To overcome polarity we need to stop judging people or things; it is to understand that there is always another side of the coin. Here are some examples:
To remember who we truly are and our divine connection, we need to stop the separation in the Mind. The lower Mind (ego) is created to perceive things as polarities. That is why we always get many different answers when our focus is in the head, but only one answer from the heart. There is a saying that; we need to feel with our head and think with our heart.
Heart Alchemy is about finding the true essence inside of you that connects you back to the source. We have chosen to show this enlightenment process with a diamond inside of a heart.
